To ensure an accurate and fair quotation, each property is individually assessed based on its size, condition and specific requirements. Some areas and tasks may require additional time and attention and are therefore priced separately.

Services such as oven cleaning, internal cupboards, fridge cleaning and other specific areas are quoted as add-ons, according to the needs of each property.
